sells quality secondhand home furnishings and original artwork on consignment.

 A couple of consignors at The Living Room chose to have their consignment payments written to charity, in one case a women's missions fellowship, in another case, a local homeless shelter. 

Their kindness to others in need has inspired me to offer the same option to all my consignors:

If you designate payment to charity*, I will increase my basic consignment rates from 40% to 50% for quality secondhand items, and from 60% to 70% for original art and crafts.

Not all items are a good match for our store, so all consignments must be pre-approved by email or by appointment.
