BUSINESS POLICY:
We try to live by the Golden Rule, to treat others the way we want to be treated.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We won't share your information with anyone without your express case-by-case permission.
RETURN POLICY:
Most of our merchandise is sold "as is", so what you see is what you get. All sales made in person at our Kenmore storefront are final. However, we value our good relationships with our customers, so always try for a win:win. In some cases, items can be returned for store credit, but not a refund.
If you buy an item via online, email, or phone, contact us within 3 business days of receipt if the item you receive is not as we described. If the item is not as we described, a return for refund is warranted. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Items can be picked up at our Kenmore storefront at no cost. We can provide recommendations to help you arrange local delivery if needed, at your expense.
Shipping & handling for out-of-area sales is paid for by the buyer unless clearly stated otherwise in the sale. We will work with you to coordinate with the shipping or freight option you choose. Any handling fees will be spelled out before the sale is finalized, since they will depend on the shipping method chosen. No items are shipped until payment for the item and any pre-agreed handling costs clears the bank.
SALES TAX:
For sales to Washington State residents, whether in our store or online, we charge the current Washington State Sales tax rate for the 98028 area, applied to the item and any shipping.
Resellers with a current Washington State resale permit are exempt from sales tax.
"Nonresidents may purchase goods in Washington without paying sales tax if they do not take possession of the items in Washington and have the seller ship the items directly to their residence outside the state. This is considered an interstate/foreign sale and is exempt from sales tax as well as B&O tax."
