Somehow, we ended the day with more than we began
Today was the last day of our latest "No Sales Tax" Sale. A busy day, for which we are so thankful! Yet with all the sales, somehow we ended up with more inventory than when we began. How did that happen?

Theme sale through 8/28/2010:10% off all chairs!
All chairs 10% off through Saturday, August 28?
Yes!
The cool retro chairs? Yes!
Even the 1800's Sherlock Holmes lounge chair! A chair sale is a chair sale...
All them plush or striped, roundish, barrelish chairs:
These are obviously chairs:
Don't forget The 3 Bears' Rocking Chairs: (UPDATE: Mama Bear rocking chair is sold.)
And the Regal Chair in Need of Repair:
And the 75-100 year old "St. Brendan's" oaken armchairs:
Not sure how to handle 10% off chairs that are part of a "table + 8 chairs" set. I think the chairs have a super-majority, so they can swing the vote:
But how about a tie, as in this chair and desk set?
Here's a cute little chair with storage. If you flip back and forth between these picture really fast, it could be a cartoon talking chair:
You could do the same with this Pier One trunk, but it isn't a chair (this, by the way, has a very cool safety feature: the lid can't slam shut on little fingers because the hinge stays where you put it):
Don't ask about this chair; I can't figure out how to price an antique chair built low to sit by the fire:
Stools qualify as chairs:
But, a sofa isn't a chair:
Neither is a folk art bench:
Nor a shabby chic telephone bench:
